Training with the creator of the category
Water is not just Water ...
The Fine Water Academy started in 2018 with the mission to train and certify water sommeliers worldwide and educate HORECA and consumers about water as a natural product with terroir. We have been very successful having trained more than 100 water sommeliers and significantly impacted the category with our thinking.
Taking what we have learned, we decided to make the Fine Water ACADEMY 2.0 a Hybrid Instructional Course with significantly expanded face-to-face time (via Zoom) between candidates and Dr. Michael Mascha as your instructor.

You can sign up and start the course at any time.
